At DON EMILIO we are dedicated to the production and distribution of Salsa Macha and we are committed to make products that:

• They do not endanger the integrity of our consumers, that is, they are harmless.

• Satisfy the quality and safety requirements of our clients and consumers.

• Comply with current legislation both in Mexico and in the destination countries.

As well as establishing and ensuring compliance with our food safety objectives, promoting the internal and external communication of our stakeholders, ensure the development of competent personnel in relation to the harmlessness of our products.

All this through our Food Safety Management System and commitment to improvement continuation of all those of us who make up Don Emilio.
